1. Service Usage

1.2. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3. Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of our services is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscription Plans and Payments

2.1. Subscription plans are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Subscribers must choose and pay for the desired plan in advance.
2.2. Payments must be made on or before the due date to avoid service interruptions.
2.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific cases determined by XP TV Services.
2.4. Changes to subscription packages or prices will be communicated in advance, and subscribers may choose to continue or terminate their services.

3. Equipment

3.1. Any equipment provided by XP TV Services, including set-top boxes, remotes, and cables, remains the property of the company unless explicitly purchased by the subscriber.
3.2. Subscribers are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of provided equipment. Any loss, damage, or unauthorized tampering will result in charges.
3.3. Upon termination of services, all equipment must be returned in good condition within the specified period.

4. Service Availability and Interruptions

4.1. XP TV Services strives to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee 24/7 availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. The company is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party interference.
4.3. Compensation for prolonged service interruptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Responsibility

5.1. XP TV Services is not responsible for the content broadcasted by third-party channels. Subscribers are advised to use parental controls if necessary.
5.2. Subscribers must refrain from using the service for illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement and unauthorized content distribution.

6. Termination and Suspension

6.1. XP TV Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.
6.2. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice. Outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. XP TV Services respects the privacy of its subscribers. Personal data collected will only be used for service delivery and customer support purposes.
7.2. Subscribers’ information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1. XP TV Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
